Ohio High School Basketball - Brunswick nudges Cleveland Central Catholic
January 24, 2023: Brunswick, OH 44212 Brunswick Blue Devils (Brunswick, OH) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Cleveland Central Catholic Ironmen (Cleveland, OH), 48-43 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Brunswick upgrades its record to 10-4 on the season. The Blue Devils travel to Medina (Medina, OH) to clash with the Battling Bees in a Greater Cleveland bout on Friday, January 27. The Battling Bees go into the bout with a record of 13-4. Medina won 101-66 in their recent non-league bout against Brookside (Sheffield, OH)
Next up, the Ironmen clash with the Archbishop Hoban Knights (Akron, OH) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 27. Cleveland Central Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 7-9 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 13-2 record after their 58-55 non-league win over Walsh Jesuit (Cuyahoga Falls, OH).
