New York High School Basketball - Clarkstown South fells Mamaroneck
January 24, 2023: West Nyack, NY 10994 Clarkstown South Vikings (West Nyack, NY) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Mamaroneck Tigers (Mamaroneck, NY), 61-50 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Clarkstown South upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Vikings travel to North Rockland (Thiells, NY) to clash with the Raiders in a Section 1 Conference 1C bout on Wednesday, February 1. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 11-4. North Rockland lost 49-46 in their recent non-league bout against Newburgh Free Academy (Newburgh, NY)
Next up, the Tigers clash with the Lincoln Lancers (Yonkers, NY) in a Section 1 Conference 2A bout, on Wednesday, January 25. Mamaroneck will attempt to upgrade on its 10-4 season record.
