Washington High School Basketball - Sammamish trounces Evergreen
January 24, 2023: Seattle, WA 98146 The Sammamish RedHawks (Bellevue, WA) basketball crushed the host Evergreen Wolverines (Seattle, WA), 65-35 in Tuesday's league test.
The RedHawks (11-4) will now prepare for their test against Renton (Renton, WA). The Red Hawks go into the 2A KingCo test with a 15-0 record. In their last test, Renton walloped Highline (Burien, WA), 84-29, in a league test.
The Wolverines now own a 4-13 record. They play next when they travel to Lindbergh for a 2A KingCo test on Friday, January 27. Evergreen will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 58-54 league loss to Foster (Tukwila, WA). The Eagles record now stands at 4-10.
