Kentucky High School Basketball - Warren Central overwhelms Kenwood
January 24, 2023: Bowling Green, KY 42101 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Warren Central Dragons (Bowling Green, KY) and the visiting Kenwood Knights (Clarksville, TN), saw Warren Central's basketball squad wallop Kenwood by a count of 81-34.
With the victory, Warren Central upgrades its record to 20-1 on the campaign. The Dragons host Greenwood (Bowling Green, KY) to play the Gators in a District 14 challenge on Friday, January 27. The Gators come into the challenge with a record of 6-16. Greenwood won 50-40 in their recent non-league challenge against Campbellsville (Campbellsville, KY)
Next up, the Knights play the Henry County Patriots (Paris, TN) in a 4A District 14 challenge, on Friday, January 27. Kenwood will attempt to upgrade on its 5-11 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 16-4 record after their 66-59 non-league loss to Obion County (Troy, TN).
