The McKeel Academy Wildcats (Lakeland, FL) basketball crushed the visiting Vanguard Panthers (Lake Wales, FL), 56-35 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Wildcats (13-9) will now prepare for their test against Winthrop College Prep Academy (Riverview, FL). The Spartans go into the non-league test with a 15-7 record. In their last test, Winthrop College Prep Academy walloped Clearwater Central Catholic (Clearwater, FL), 80-37, in a non-league test.

The Panthers now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Lake Region for a non-league test on Friday, January 27. Vanguard will encounter a Thunder squad coming off a 77-63 non-league win over Ridge Community (Davenport, FL). The Thunder record now stands at 16-4.
