Indiana High School Basketball - Lake Station Edison crushes Bowman Academy

Lake Station Edison Fighting Eagles (Lake Station, IN) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Bowman Academy Eagles (Gary, IN), 77-25 in a league bout.

With the victory, Lake Station Edison upgrades its record to 16-4 on the campaign. The Fighting Eagles host River Forest (Hobart, IN) to play the Ingots in a Greater South Shore bout on Friday, January 27. The Ingots come into the bout with a record of 10-12. River Forest lost 42-40 in their recent non-league bout against Westville (Westville, IN)

Next up, the Eagles play the South Bend Career Academy Trailblazers (South Bend, IN) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 25. Bowman Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-13 season record. The Trailblazers come into the bout with a 5-13 record after their 45-25 non-league loss to South Bend Clay (South Bend, IN).
