With the win, Memorial upgrades its record to 22-9 on the season. The Mustangs host Cypress Ridge (Houston, TX) to clash with the Rams in a 6A Region III District 17 bout on Friday, January 27. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 15-11. Cypress Ridge lost 40-37 in their recent league bout against Jersey Village (Houston, TX)

Next up, the Tigers clash with the Stratford Spartans (Houston, TX) in a 6A Region III District 17 bout, on Friday, January 27. Spring Woods will attempt to upgrade on its 7-18 season record.
