Ohio High School Basketball - Washington fells Blanchester
January 24, 2023: Blanchester, OH 45107 Washington Blue Lions (Washington Courthouse, OH) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Blanchester Wildcats (Blanchester, OH), 58-38 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Washington upgrades its record to 10-6 on the season. The Blue Lions host Hillsboro (Hillsboro, OH) to clash with the Indians in a bout on Friday, January 27. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Hillsboro lost 34-26 in their recent league bout against Washington (Washington Courthouse, OH)
Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Wilmington Hurricane (Wilmington, OH) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Blanchester will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
