Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Clover Hill Cavaliers (Midlothian, VA) and the visiting Midlothian Trojans (Midlothian, VA), saw Clover Hill's basketball squad hold off Midlothian by a count of 57-53.

With the victory, Clover Hill upgrades its record to 5-11 on the campaign. The Cavaliers host Huguenot (Richmond, VA) to play the Falcons in a Dominion challenge on Friday, January 26. The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 6-10. Huguenot lost 52-46 in their recent league challenge against Richmond City School of the Arts (Richmond, VA)

Next up, the Trojans play the Cosby Titans (Midlothian, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 26. Midlothian will attempt to upgrade on its 5-12 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 10-4 record after their 66-65 league win over L.C. Bird (Chesterfield, VA).
