Oregon High School Basketball - Pilot Rock can't hold off Monument/Dayville
January 24, 2024: Monument, OR 97864 The Monument/Dayville Tigers basketball squad scored 49 points and restricted the visiting Pilot Rock Rockets to 43 in the Tigers non-league victory on Wednesday.
With the victory, Monument/Dayville upgrades its record to 2-9 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Huntington (Huntington, OR) to play the Locomotives in a 1A High Desert bout on Friday, January 26. The Locomotives come into the bout with a record of 2-7. Huntington lost 32-14 in their recent league bout against Prairie City/Burnt River (Prairie City, OR)
Next up, the Rockets play the Echo Cougars (Echo, OR) in a 1A Old Oregon bout, on Friday, January 26. Pilot Rock will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record.
