Michigan High School Basketball - Munising overwhelms Stephenson
January 24, 2024: Munising, MI 49862 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Munising Mustangs (Munising, MI) and the visiting Stephenson Eagles (Stephenson, MI), saw Munising's basketball squad wallop Stephenson by a tally of 59-29.
With the victory, Munising improves its record to 11-1 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Ishpeming (Ishpeming, MI) to confront the Hematites in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 3. The Hematites come into the challenge with a record of 11-0.
Next up, the Eagles confront the North Dickinson Nordics (Felch, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 25. Stephenson will attempt to improve on its 6-4 season record. The Nordics come into the challenge with a 2-9 record after their 56-33 non-league loss to Kingsford (Kingsford, MI).
