Connecticut High School Ice Hockey - Greenwich gets by Trumbull
January 24, 2024: Trumbull, CT 06611 The Greenwich Cardinals ice hockey squad scored 6 points and restricted the host Trumbull Eagles to 4 in the Cardinals league victory on Wednesday.
The Cardinals (2-7) will now prepare for their test against Warde/Ludlowe (Fairfield, CT). The enter the FCIAC test with a 7-4 record. In their last test, Warde/Ludlowe by New Canaan (New Canaan, CT), 8-1, in a league test.
Next up, the Eagles encounter the Ridgefield Tigers (Ridgefield, CT) in a non-league test, on Saturday, January 27. Trumbull will attempt to advance on its 1-10 season record. The Tigers enter the test with a 8-5 record after their 4-1 league loss to Darien (Darien, CT).
