Connecticut High School Ice Hockey - Stamford/Westhill gets by St. Joseph
January 24, 2024: Stamford, CT The Stamford/Westhill ice hockey squad scored 4 points and restricted the visiting St. Joseph Cadets to 2 in the league victory on Wednesday.
With the victory, Stamford/Westhill moves its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The host Trumbull (Trumbull, CT) to face the Eagles in a FCIAC contest on Wednesday, January 31. The Eagles go into the contest with a record of 1-10.
The Cadets now sport a 2-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Darien for a FCIAC contest on Saturday, January 27. St. Joseph will encounter a Blue Wave team coming off a 4-1 league win over Ridgefield (Ridgefield, CT). The Blue Wave record now stands at 7-2.
