The Antelope Valley Antelopes basketball squad (Lancaster, CA), was nudged 49-42 in Friday's league battle with the host Eastside Lions (Lancaster, CA)

With the victory, Eastside advances its record to 14-10 on the year. The Lions host Highland (Palmdale, CA) to meet the Bulldogs in a Golden battle on Monday, January 27. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a record of 9-14. Highland lost 54-43 in their recent league battle against Littlerock (Littlerock, CA)

The Antelopes now own a 8-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Palmdale for a Golden battle on Monday, January 27. Antelope Valley will meet a Falcons squad coming off a 82-37 league loss to Knight (Palmdale, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 3-19.
