Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Penn Hills sneaks past Armstrong

The Penn Hills Indians basketball team scored 44 points and limited the host Armstrong River Hawks to 42 in the Indians league triumph on Friday.

The Indians now possess a 8-8 record. They play next when they host Aliquippa for a non-league game on Saturday, January 25. Penn Hills will play a Quips team coming off a 60-20 league win over Beaver Falls (Beaver Falls, PA). The Quips record now stands at 10-3.

With the loss, Armstrong falls to 4-11 on the campaign. The River hawks travel to Burrell (Lower Burrell, PA) to play the Bucs in a non-league game on Sunday, January 26. The Bucs go into the game with a record of 7-9. Burrell lost 71-49 in their recent league game against Deer Lakes (Russellton, PA)
