With the victory, Marion County advances its record to 3-2 on the year. The Warriors host Sequatchie County (Dunlap, TN) to meet the Indians in a 2A District 4 battle on Monday, January 27. The Indians enter the battle with a record of 8-10. Sequatchie County lost 77-43 in their recent non-league battle against Grundy County (Coalmont, TN)
The Warriors now own a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cumberland County for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 28. Bledsoe County will meet a Jets squad coming off a 85-51 league loss to Upperman (Baxter, TN). The Jets record now stands at 6-15.
