January 24, 2025: Phoenixville, PA 19460 The Calvary Christian Academy Cougars basketball squad (Philadelphia, PA), was nudged 43-37 in Friday's league battle with the host Renaissance Academy Knights (Phoenixville, PA)
With the victory, Renaissance Academy advances its record to 4-11 on the year. The Knights travel to Morrisville (Morrisville, PA) to meet the Bulldogs in a Bicentennial battle on Wednesday, January 29. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a record of 6-8.
The Cougars now own a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host The Pilgrim Academy for a non-league battle on Monday, January 27. Calvary Christian Academy will meet a Pioneers squad coming off a 70-53 league loss to Atlantic Christian (Egg Harbor Township, NJ). The Pioneers record now stands at 4-7.
