The Carroll Cougars basketball team scored 47 points and limited the visiting Tri-Central Trojans to 45 in the Cougars league triumph on Friday.

The Cougars now possess a 9-2 record. They play next when they travel to Faith Christian for a non-league game on Saturday, January 25.

With the loss, Tri-Central falls to 6-8 on the campaign. The Trojans host North Miami (Denver, IN) to confront the Warriors in a non-league game on Saturday, January 25.
