Georgia High School Basketball - Forsyth Central holds off North Atlanta
January 24, 2025: Cumming, GA 30040 The Forsyth Central Bulldogs basketball team scored 48 points and limited the visiting North Atlanta Warriors to 42 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Friday.
The Bulldogs now possess a 12-8 record. They play next when they travel to South Forsyth for a AAAAAA Region 6 game on Monday, January 27. Forsyth Central will confront a War Eagles team coming off a 67-56 league win over Denmark (Alpharetta, GA). The War Eagles record now stands at 9-12.
With the loss, North Atlanta falls to 11-10 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Lambert (Suwanee, GA) to confront the Longhorns in a AAAAAA Region 6 game on Tuesday, January 28. The Longhorns go into the game with a record of 20-2. Lambert won 78-49 in their recent league game against Alpharetta (Alpharetta, GA)
