Missouri High School Basketball - Jefferson fells Herculaneum
January 24, 2025: Festus, MO 63028 The Jefferson Blue Jays basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the visiting Herculaneum Black Cats to 47 in the Blue Jays league win on Friday.
The Blue Jays (10-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Valle Catholic (Ste. Genevieve, MO). The Warriors come into the non-league challenge with a 7-8 record. In their last challenge, Valle Catholic defeated Kingston (Cadet, MO), 60-55, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Black Cats battle the Northwest Lions (Cedar Hill, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 27. Herculaneum will attempt to better on its 1-10 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 58-57 league loss to Normandy (St. Louis, MO).
