In Friday's league contest, the host Shorecrest Prep Chargers basketball team scored a good 65-56 triumph over the Northside Christian Mustangs.

The Chargers (10-4) will now prepare for their contest against Calvary Christian (Clearwater, FL). The Warriors go into the non-league contest with a 18-2 record. In their last contest, Calvary Christian topped Northeast (St. Petersburg, FL), 68-37, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Mustangs confront the Admiral Farragut BlueJackets (St. Petersburg, FL) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 25. Northside Christian will attempt to better on its 8-14 season record.
