The Portland Panthers basketball team scored 51 points and limited the visiting White House Blue Devils to 47 in the Panthers league triumph on Friday.

The Panthers now possess a 8-12 record. They play next when they travel to Greenbrier for a 3A District 9 game on Tuesday, January 28. Portland will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 71-46 league loss to Station Camp (Gallatin, TN). The Bobcats record now stands at 2-13.

With the loss, White House falls to 7-13 on the campaign. The Blue devils host Macon County (Lafayette, TN) to confront the Tigers in a 3A District 9 game on Tuesday, January 28. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 6-11. Macon County lost 36-33 in their recent non-league game against KIPP Nashville Collegiate (Nashville, TN)
