January 24, 2025: Enid, OK 73701 The Purcell Dragons (Purcell, OK) basketball were winner over the host Enid Plainsmen (Enid, OK), 46-36 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Dragons now possess a 8-8 record. They play next when they travel to Bethany for a non-league bout on Saturday, January 25. Purcell will play a Bronchos team coming off a 60-23 non-league win over Elgin (Elgin, OK). The Bronchos record now stands at 12-4.
With the loss, Enid falls to 7-7 on the campaign. The Plainsmen host Star-Spencer (Spencer, OK) to play the Bobcats in a non-league bout on Monday, January 27. The Bobcats go into the bout with a record of 1-15. Star-Spencer lost 56-22 in their recent non-league bout against Bridge Creek (Blanchard, OK)
