The Milpitas Trojans basketball squad (Milpitas, CA), was nudged 49-46 in Friday's league battle with the host Homestead Mustangs (Cupertino, CA)

With the victory, Homestead advances its record to 7-11 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Los Gatos (Los Gatos, CA) to meet the Wildcats in a Santa Clara Valley - De Anza battle on Friday, January 31. The Wildcats enter the battle with a record of 10-7.
