The Upson-Lee Knights basketball team (Thomaston, GA), dropped 74-58 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Central Chargers (Macon, GA)

The Chargers now sport a 11-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pike County for a AAA Region 2 battle on Friday, January 28. Central will battle a Pirates team coming off a 94-84 league loss to Mary Persons (Forsyth, GA). The Pirates record now stands at 1-17.

The Knights (11-9) will now prepare for their battle against Mary Persons (Forsyth, GA). The Bulldogs come into the AAA Region 2 battle with a 12-10 record. In their last battle, Mary Persons prevailed over Howard (Macon, GA), 67-58, in a non-league battle.
