The Gilroy Mustangs basketball team (Gilroy, CA), dropped 63-55 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Pacific Collegiate Pumas (Santa Cruz, CA)

The Pumas now possess a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Salinas for a PCAL - Cypress battle on Wednesday, January 26. Pacific Collegiate will confront a Vikings team coming off a 75-46 league loss to Oakwood (Morgan Hill, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 7-8.

The Mustangs (6-11) will now prepare for their battle against Seaside (Seaside, CA). The Spartans come into the PCAL - Cypress battle with a 5-9 record. In their last battle, Seaside dropped by Oakwood (Morgan Hill, CA), 56-48, in a league battle.
