Florida High School Basketball - Lake Nona overwhelms Master's Academy
January 25, 2022: Orlando, FL 32832 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Lake Nona Lions (Orlando, FL) and the visiting Master's Academy Eagles (Oviedo, FL), saw Lake Nona's basketball squad wallop Master's Academy by a tally of 55-34.
With the victory, Lake Nona improves its record to 6-11 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Harmony (Harmony, FL) to play the Longhorns in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 26. The Longhorns come into the challenge with a record of 13-7. Harmony won 43-32 in their recent non-league challenge against Tohopekaliga (Kissimmee, FL)
Next up, the Eagles play the Cornerstone Charter Academy Ducks (Belle Isle, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 27. Master's Academy will attempt to improve on its 9-10 season record. The Ducks come into the challenge with a 9-11 record after their 61-50 non-league loss to Celebration (Celebration, FL).
