Ohio High School Basketball - Madison tops Lakeside
January 25, 2022: Ashtabula, OH 44004 Madison Blue Streaks (Madison, OH) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Lakeside Dragons (Ashtabula, OH), 68-55 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Madison upgrades its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Blue Streaks travel to Kenston (Chagrin Falls, OH) to play the Bombers in a Western Reserve bout on Friday, January 28. The Bombers come into the bout with a record of 8-4. Kenston won 79-70 in their recent league bout against Chardon (Chardon, OH)
Next up, the Dragons play the West Geauga Wolverines (Chesterland, OH) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 28. Lakeside will attempt to upgrade on its 3-11 season record. The Wolverines come into the bout with a 3-12 record after their 68-43 non-league loss to Edgewood (Ashtabula, OH).
