The Wolfe City Wolves basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Celeste Blue Devils to 46 in the Wolves league triumph on Tuesday.

The Wolves now sport a 20-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Trenton for a 2A Region II District 14 contest on Friday, January 28.

The Blue Devils (7-15) will now prepare for their contest against Honey Grove (Honey Grove, TX). The Warriors enter the 2A Region II District 14 contest with a 11-11 record. In their last contest, Honey Grove was defeated by Tom Bean (Tom Bean, TX), 45-39, in a league contest.
