The Coahulla Creek Colts (Dalton, GA) basketball felled the host Rockmart Yellowjackets (Rockmart, GA), 53-41 in Tuesday's league test.

The Colts (8-12) will now prepare for their test against Dalton (Dalton, GA). The Catamounts go into the non-league test with a 15-4 record.

The Yellowjackets now own a 9-11 record. They play next when they travel to Murray County for a AAA Region 6 test on Friday, January 28. Rockmart will encounter a Indians squad coming off a 62-45 league win over North Murray (Chatsworth, GA). The Indians record now stands at 15-4.
