Mountlake Terrace Hawks (Mountlake Terrace, WA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Monroe Bearcats (Monroe, WA), 52-35 in a league bout.

With the victory, Mountlake Terrace upgrades its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Hawks host Edmonds-Woodway (Edmonds, WA) to play the Warriors in a 2A/3A Wesco bout on Friday, January 28. The Warriors come into the bout with a record of 4-7. Edmonds-Woodway lost 38-36 in their recent league bout against Shorewood (Shoreline, WA)
