January 25, 2022: High Point, NC 27262 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Wesleyan Christian Academy Trojans (High Point, NC) and the visiting Mount Zion Christian Academy Mighty Warriors (Durham, NC), saw Wesleyan Christian Academy's basketball squad wallop Mount Zion Christian Academy by a tally of 68-25.
With the victory, Wesleyan Christian Academy improves its record to 14-2 on the campaign. The Trojans host The Burlington School (Burlington, NC) to confront the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 27. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 14-5. The Burlington School lost 75-45 in their recent non-league challenge against Victory Christian Center (Charlotte, NC)
Next up, the Mighty Warriors confront the Greenfield Knights (Wilson, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 27. Mount Zion Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 6-9 season record. The Knights go into the test with a 10-5 record after their 48-32 league loss to Wayne Country Day (Goldsboro, NC).
