The St. John-Vianney Lancers (Holmdel, NJ) basketball crushed the host Neptune Scarlet Fliers (Neptune, NJ), 83-42 in Tuesday's league test.

The Lancers (13-0) will now prepare for their test against Immaculate Conception (Montclair, NJ). The Lions go into the non-league test with a 3-2 record. In their last test, Immaculate Conception was trounced by Rutgers Prep (Somerset, NJ), 72-54, in a non-league test.

The Scarlet Fliers now own a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to Red Bank Regional for a Shore A - Central test on Thursday, January 27. Neptune will encounter a Bucs squad coming off a 51-35 non-league loss to Clearview (Mullica Hill, NJ). The Bucs record now stands at 3-6.
