The Foothill Mustangs basketball team scored 46 points and held the visiting Valley Vikings to 30 in the Mustangs league triumph on Wednesday.

The Mustangs now sport a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Johnson for a Greater Sacramento contest on Friday, January 27. Foothill will battle a Warriors team coming off a 65-56 league loss to Cordova (Rancho Cordova, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 8-13.

The Vikings (7-15) will now prepare for their contest against Natomas (Sacramento, CA). The Nighthawks enter the Greater Sacramento contest with a 13-9 record. In their last contest, Natomas ran past West Campus (Sacramento, CA), 56-44, in a league contest.
