The St. Vincent de Paul Mustangs basketball team (Petaluma, CA), was nudged 40-39 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Branson Bulls (Ross, CA)

The Bulls now sport a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to San Marin for a battle on Saturday, January 28. Branson will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 67-21 league win over Novato (Novato, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 21-2.

The Mustangs (2-11) will now prepare for their battle against Maria Carrillo (Santa Rosa, CA). The Pumas come into the non-league battle with a 2-3 record.
