In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Big Bear Bears (Big Bear City, CA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Silver Valley Trojans (Yermo, CA), by a count of 58-17.

The Bears (9-11) will now prepare for their outing against University Prep (Victorville, CA). The Jaguars go into the Cross Valley outing with a 7-8 record. In their last outing, University Prep was crushed by Riverside Prep (Oro Grande, CA), 72-12, in a league outing.
