In Thursday's league outing, the American Leadership Academy Patriots (Queen Creek, AZ) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Poston Butte Broncos (San Tan Valley, AZ), by a margin of 69-44.

The Patriots (12-9) will now prepare for their outing against Eastmark (Mesa, AZ). The Firebirds go into the 4A East Sky outing with a 14-9 record. In their last outing, Eastmark was trounced by Arizona College Prep (Chandler, AZ), 46-43, in a league outing.

The Broncos now own a 10-14 record. They play next when they host American Leadership Academy - Gilbert North for a 4A East Sky outing on Friday, January 26.
