January 25, 2024: Cooperstown, ND 58425 In Thursday's non-league outing, the Barnes County North co-op [North Central/Wimbledon-Courtenay] Bison (Rogers, ND) basketball squad felled the host Griggs County Central/Midkota Cougars (Cooperstown, ND), by a margin of 55-44.
The Bison (10-5) will now prepare for their outing against Tri-State co-op [Rosholt/Fairmount/Campbell-Tintah] (Rosholt, SD). The Tigers go into the B District 1 outing with a 2-10 record. In their last outing, Tri-State co-op [Rosholt/Fairmount/Campbell-Tintah] was beaten by Britton-Hecla (Britton, SD), 44-40, in a non-league outing.
