Minnesota High School Basketball - Belle Plaine crushes Hope Academy
January 25, 2024: Minneapolis, MN 55404 Belle Plaine Tigers (Belle Plaine, MN) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Hope Academy (Minneapolis, MN), 83-47 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Belle Plaine upgrades its record to 13-3 on the season. The Tigers travel to Sibley East (Arlington, MN) to play the Wolverines in a AA Section 2 bout on Friday, January 26. The Wolverines go into the bout with a record of 3-15. Sibley East lost 72-48 in their recent non-league bout against Lester Prairie (Lester Prairie, MN)
Next up, the play the Twin Cities Academy/Great River (St. Paul, MN) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 29. Hope Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 3-16 season record. The go into the bout with a 9-10 record after their 84-58 non-league loss to Edison (Minneapolis, MN).
