The Nebo Crossing Academy Bulldogs basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Challenger Firebirds to 36 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Thursday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 11-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pinnacle Classical Academy for a Western Piedmont contest on Monday, January 29. Nebo Crossing Academy will battle a Eagles team coming off a 84-29 non-league loss to Thomas Jefferson (Mooresboro, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 8-10.

The Firebirds (4-11) will now prepare for their contest against Lake Lure Classical Academy (Lake Lure, NC). The Raptors enter the Western Piedmont contest with a 14-3 record.
