Maryland High School Basketball - West Nottingham nips Cross Christian Academy
January 25, 2024: Colora, MD 21917 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the West Nottingham Rams (Colora, MD) and the visiting Cross Christian Academy Centurions (Seaford, DE), saw West Nottingham's basketball squad hold off Cross Christian Academy by a count of 87-82.
With the victory, West Nottingham upgrades its record to 2-7 on the campaign. The Rams travel to South Kent School (South Kent, CT) to play the Cardinals in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 26. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 1-1.
Next up, the Centurions play the Shipley (Bryn Mawr, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 26. Cross Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The come into the challenge with a 3-11 record after their 63-47 league loss to Westtown (West Chester, PA).
