The Lab University Prep Regional (Charlotte, NC) varsity basketball team lost Thursday's home non-conference game against Greater Cabarrus Stallions (Concord, NC) by a score of 56-45.
The Greater Cabarrus Stallions Stallions basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the host Lab University Prep Regional Lab Rats to 45 in the Stallions non-league victory on Thursday.
The Stallions now sport a 16-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Surry HomeSchool for a North Carolina Home Education - West contest on Friday, January 26. Greater Cabarrus Stallions will battle a Runnin' Patriots team coming off a 68-54 league loss to Forsyth Home Educators (Winston-Salem, NC). The Runnin' Patriots record now stands at 12-15.
The Lab Rats (5-9) will now prepare for their contest against NorthPoint Christian Academy (Waxhaw, NC). The NightHawks come into the Metro Area contest with a 11-6 record.
