January 25, 2024: Kent, WA 98030 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Kent-Meridian Royals (Kent, WA) and the visiting Jefferson Raiders (Auburn, WA), saw Kent-Meridian's basketball squad overcome Jefferson by a tally of 71-59.
With the victory, Kent-Meridian improves its record to 7-10 on the campaign. The Royals travel to Auburn Mountainview (Auburn, WA) to confront the Lions in a 3A/4A North Puget Sound challenge on Saturday, January 27. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 11-6. Auburn Mountainview won 65-43 in their recent league challenge against Auburn Riverside (Auburn, WA)
Next up, the Raiders confront the Kentlake Falcons (Kent, WA) in a 3A/4A North Puget Sound challenge, on Saturday, January 27. Jefferson will attempt to improve on its 1-12 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 0-17 record after their 89-45 league loss to Beamer (Federal Way, WA).
