Washington High School Basketball - Zillah fells Chelan
January 25, 2024: Zillah, WA 98953 Zillah Leopards (Zillah, WA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Chelan Mountain Goats (Chelan, WA), 62-45 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Zillah upgrades its record to 12-2 on the season. The Leopards host Naches Valley (Naches, WA) to play the Rangers in a non-league bout on Monday, January 29. The Rangers go into the bout with a record of 8-8. Naches Valley won 50-47 in their recent non-league bout against Kiona-Benton (Benton City, WA)
Next up, the Mountain Goats play the Omak Pioneers (Omak, WA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Chelan will attempt to upgrade on its 9-9 season record. The Pioneers go into the bout with a 9-8 record after their 57-26 non-league win over Cascade (Leavenworth, WA).
