Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Academy Park nips Bayard Rustin
January 25, 2025: Sharon Hill, PA 19079 In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Academy Park Knights basketball team scored a close 62-56 win over the Bayard Rustin Golden Knights.
The Knights (3-14) will now prepare for their contest against Chester (Chester, PA). The Clippers come into the Delaware Valley contest with a 13-6 record. In their last contest, Chester edged Interboro (Prospect Park, PA), 60-47, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Golden Knights battle the Unionville Longhorns (Kennett Square, PA) in a Ches-Mont - American contest, on Tuesday, January 28. Bayard Rustin will attempt to better on its 5-13 season record. The Longhorns come into the contest with a 8-10 record after their 61-38 non-league loss to Plymouth Whitemarsh (Plymouth Meeting, PA).
