Catholic Central Crusaders (Steubenville, OH) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Bishop Rosecrans Bishops (Zanesville, OH), 58-51 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Catholic Central advances its record to 13-3 on the year. The Crusaders host Edison (Richmond, OH) to face the Wildcats in a non-league match on Friday, January 31. The Wildcats enter the match with a record of 3-11.

The Bishops now own a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Miller for a Mid-State - Cardinal match on Tuesday, January 28. Bishop Rosecrans will face a Falcons squad coming off a 51-41 league win over Grove City Christian (Grove City, OH). The Falcons record now stands at 4-8.
