California High School Basketball - Crescenta Valley overwhelms Hoover

January 25, 2025: Glendale, CA 91202

The Crescenta Valley Falcons basketball team scored 54 points and limited the host Hoover Tornados to 30 in the Falcons league triumph on Saturday.

The Falcons now possess a 13-7 record. They play next when they host Muir for a Pacific game on Monday, January 27. Crescenta Valley will play a Mustangs team coming off a 72-44 league loss to Burbank (Burbank, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 5-13.

With the loss, Hoover falls to 12-8 on the campaign. The Tornados travel to Mesrobian (Pico Rivera, CA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Monday, January 27. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 11-6. Mesrobian won 54-26 in their recent league game against New Covenant Academy (Los Angeles, CA)
