January 25, 2025: Lone Grove, OK 73443 The crowd at Saturday's league challenge between the Lone Grove Longhorns (Lone Grove, OK) and the visiting Kingston Redskins (Kingston, OK), observed Lone Grove's basketball team knock off Kingston by a score of 42-34.
The Longhorns (7-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Plainview (Ardmore, OK). The Indians come into the Lake Country challenge with a 9-5 record. In their last challenge, Plainview prevailed over Tuttle (Tuttle, OK), 47-40, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Redskins encounter the Byng Pirates (Ada, OK) in a Lake Country challenge, on Tuesday, January 28. Kingston will attempt to improve on its 11-6 season record. The Pirates come into the challenge with a 5-9 record after their 64-33 non-league loss to Purcell (Purcell, OK).
