The Velma-Alma Comets basketball team (Velma, OK), was knocked off 58-41 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Marlow Outlaws (Marlow, OK)

The Outlaws (10-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Purcell (Purcell, OK). The Dragons come into the Canadian Valley challenge with a 7-8 record. In their last challenge, Purcell prevailed over Oklahoma City Knights HomeSchool (Oklahoma City, OK), 44-32, in a non-league challenge.
