In Saturday's non-league test, the Western Panthers (Russiaville, IN) basketball squad got by the host Mississinewa Indians (Gas City, IN), by a score of 49-44.

Next, the Panthers encounter the Clinton Prairie Gophers (Frankfort, IN) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, February 1. Western will attempt to upgrade on its 10-6 season record.
